When are you delivering over Easter?

We are delivering until and including Saturday 30th. No Pick-Ups or Deliveries from Sunday 31st - Monday April 1st. 

Are your bagels vegan?

Yes! Our bagels are vegan except for our Jalapeño cheese bagel.

Are you selling gluten-free bagel?

We do! Our gluten-free bagels are the best in Sydney!

What allergens are or may be present in our products?

Our products may contain traces of sesame, gluten, egg, dairy and almond. For more information, check the link below:

Do you take orders via Instagram, email, social media or phone call?

All orders should be placed via our website.

Do you use pasteurised milk for your cream cheese?

Yes, we are using pasteurised milk for our cream cheese.

Are you kosher?

We aren’t kosher, although we primarily use kosher ingredients for our products. Our bagels use 100% kosher ingredients.

What if I’ve missed your cut off time for next day delivery, can I still place an order?

Can I order online but pick it up in store?

Sure can! Please select in-store pick up and we will have your order ready for you for our Marrickville store.

How much notice do you require for a Bread order?

Order by 3PM, 2-Days prior to delivery date, e.g. if you are ordering for Friday order by Wednesday at 3PM to ensure it enters our Production Report.
